Tender will be issued to those contractors who will produce original or attested copies of the followings. 1. Registration with P.E.C for the year 2023-24. 2. Company profile. 3. Appointment letter of Engineer working with the firm as required by P.E.C laws. 4. Tender will be issued only to the owner of the firms or the person holding authority letter on judicial paper for the subject tender. 5. C.D.R amounting to Rs.30,000/- for the works mentioned below in the shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order must be submitted at the time of purchase of tender in the name of ?M/s Chief Engineer A/c 22117900631501 HBL FBISE Islamabad.? 6. At least two (02) similar nature works valuing not less than estimated cost completed during last five (05) years. The contractor will have to provide the copy of work order and satisfactory completion certificate within schedule time. 7. All prevailing federal and provincial government taxes will be applicable. Firm should have registration with tax authorities and have to be active tax payer. 8. No litigation/ No black listing certificate on judicial stamp paper duly attested by 1st class magistrate officer.
